C hanging S ewing Directions

1. Stop the machine, and turn the balance wheel toward you to

bring the needle down into the fabric. R aise the press er foot.

3. Lower the pres ser foot and continue sewing.

2. P ivot the fabric around the needle to change direction as

desired.

F as tening S eams

1. F or fas tening the ends of seams, pres s in the reversing

button and sew several revers e stitches .

2. To remove the fabric, raise the pres ser foot and draw the

fabric away from you.

3. C ut threads on thread cutter at the rear of press er bar or

with a pair of sciss ors.

Leave about 15 cm (6 inches) of hread hanging from the

needle eye.
